What we collect
When you send a booking request we collect the participant's name and age, the parent or guardian's name, email address, phone number, the course and schedule you prefer, and any message you write. Our newsletter form collects only your email address and language.
Data about minors
Our courses are for children and teenagers. Booking requests must always be submitted by a parent or guardian, who gives consent on the participant's behalf. We collect the minimum information needed to organise a lesson.
Why we use it
To answer your request, arrange a trial lesson, run the course you sign up for, and — only with your separate consent — send occasional news about courses and events.
Legal basis
Consent for marketing messages, and the performance of a contract or legitimate interest for handling your booking request.
Who can see it
Only Roboskills staff. Data is stored in Microsoft Azure data centres inside the EU and sent by email through Microsoft 365. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for 24 months. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Spam protection
Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block automated abuse. Google receives technical information about the request. See Google's own privacy policy for details.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in portable form, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at {email}. You also have the right to complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
